Fitness update: Day 7

Well, I have to admit, I started my 30 day challenge schedule twice. I started March 1st, but I was off track by day 3! 🙈 Today I am on day 8! I completed my first week and I’m feeling pretty good. 

I have also started reading Pretty Happy by Kate Hudson. I have not gotten very far into it, but I am enjoying it! She talks about health and mindfulness. Really makes you think! 

Also, Nashville is back on ABC! Adding it to my weekly show list alongside scandal, greys anatomy, how to get away with murder, and the Chicago shows! 😀
